Supporting you in GP vocational training

Posted on 14th Apr 2020

Thank you, our GP registrars, supervisors and practice managers, for working with us in this most unusual time in the life of our communities, profession and our program.

We have in recent weeks actioned an unprecedented amount of supports and requests by registrars and training facilities to respond to the many personal and professional challenges faced.

We have also:

  • Extended our operating hours from 7.00am – 7.00pm and are providing 24-hour phone support.
  • Set up communications from a COVID command centre – Live Q&As, e-bulletins twice weekly and real-time mapping of feedback and requests from our advisory committees and program participants.
  • Provided the voice of the GP registrar and supervisor into government, college and health agencies decision making.
